Which Imax experience is better? The one at the New England Aquarium or the Museum of Science in Boston?
We will be visiting Boston next week. We will be going to the Museum of Science and the New England Aquarium. Both places have IMAX theatres. Which one would you recommend?

The Museum of Science also has an Omni Theater. The theater and the screen are round so it you feel immersed in the movie. It’s definitely better than any of the IMAX theaters! But if you’re choosing IMAX, I would still go with the Museum of Science. Definately the museum of science. i have been there several times and love it. i have friends that have been to the aquarium and said it was a good experience. but the omni theater is hands down the best way to go. mos.org is the website to the musuem of science if you would like more information. i hope its helpful and enjoy your trip to boston

But There’s a place 20 minutes north of the city too, Jordan’s Furniture in Reading–I think it’s a bigger theater than both of those. Like at least 4 stories high.

I’m planning a trip to an Aquarium and I’m trying to decide which is better the New England Aquarium in Boston, or Mystic Aquarium in CT. Anyone been to one or the other, or even both, or read anything review wise? Thanks!

I have been to both i would say hands down out of the two go to new England aquarium it is one of the best in that area if you want to ever go to the cream of crop aquariums go to the Atlanta aquarium in Ga it is one of the most sophisticated and best in the united states
